Performing an annual inspection or preventive maintenance ensures longer life and optimal operation of your products. In addition, this service reduces the overall costs associated with repairs during the year.
All your components are inspected, lubricated, adjusted and tested as needed. Upon your approval, minor repairs can even be done on-site. If major work is required, it will be scheduled following your approval of a quote.
We also provide UL-ULC compliance certification for your fireproof doors for one year (certificate sent to the customer).
